If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 100 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. No questions asked.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:
– Contact us within 100 days of delivery
– Provide your order number and reason for return
– Items must be in their original packaging (opened items accepted if defective)

Return Process

1. Email support@kromedome.co with subject “Return Request – Order #XXXX”
2. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions
3. Once your return is received and processed, we will issue your refund within 5-7 business days

Refund Methods

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Store credit is available as an alternative.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@kromedome.co with photos of the damage. We will ship a replacement at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been substantially used unless there is a quality issue.
